1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the AutoMast online platform, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. These terms govern your use of AutoMast, a 16-course online program designed to provide knowledge and skills related to auto sales, finance, and insurance. Please read these terms carefully. If you do not agree to any of the terms, you should not use or access the platform.
2. AutoMast Program Overview
AutoMast offers a non-accredited educational program consisting of 16 courses. These courses are designed to help individuals looking for a career change, a refresher in auto finance and insurance, or new to the industry, to prepare for a role in auto sales finance and insurance. The program does not offer any formal certification or accreditation recognized by official educational or governmental institutions.
3. No Guarantees on Career Opportunities
AutoMast is an educational resource intended to equip learners with knowledge and skills for auto finance and insurance roles. However, AutoMast does not guarantee employment, career placement, or formal education opportunities. We prepare you for a potential career in the auto industry, but outcomes depend on individual effort, external factors, and market conditions.
4. AutoMast Certificate
Upon completion of the program, students will receive an AutoMast in-house certificate confirming that the program was successfully completed. While this certificate carries intrinsic value, it is not formally recognized by educational or vocational accreditation bodies. It serves as a testament to your dedication and learning but does not imply formal qualification.
5. Access and Subscription Period
Upon purchasing the AutoMast program, you will receive access to the entire course content for a period of six (6) months. Access to the program and all related resources will automatically expire after this period, and you will need to re-enroll if you wish to continue your studies.
6. Non-Refundable Purchase
Due to the digital nature of the AutoMast program, all sales are final and non-refundable. Once access to the course is granted, no refunds or exchanges will be offered, regardless of the level of progress or completion within the course.
7. No Guarantee of Passing
AutoMast does not guarantee that all students will pass the program. Completion and successful performance in the program depend entirely on the student’s individual effort, engagement with the materials, and performance in assessments.
8. Prohibited Conduct
By enrolling in AutoMast, you agree to the following:
- No Sharing of Login Credentials: You may not share, distribute, or provide access to your account or login credentials to any third party. Any violation of this policy will result in immediate termination of your access without refund.
- No Copying or Redistribution of Content: You are prohibited from copying, sharing, reproducing, or redistributing any part of the course materials, videos, quizzes, or resources provided by AutoMast. All course materials are proprietary to AutoMast and protected by copyright laws. Any attempt to sell, distribute, or share the content outside of your personal use is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
- Consequences for Misuse: Any breach of these terms will result in immediate termination of your access to the program without refund, and further legal action may be pursued for any violations.
9. Intellectual Property Rights
All content provided by AutoMast, including but not limited to video lessons, course materials, logos, and documentation, is the exclusive intellectual property of AutoMast. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the content for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of AutoMast content is strictly prohibited.
10. Use of the Platform
The AutoMast online learning platform provides tools and resources for completing the 16-course program, including video lessons, quizzes, and assessments. While we strive to ensure optimal functionality and availability, AutoMast does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform, and we reserve the right to perform maintenance or upgrades as needed.
11. Privacy and Data Usage
AutoMast collects personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined in the Privacy Policy, including but not limited to data used for processing payments, tracking course progress, and managing account information.
12. Termination of Services
AutoMast reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform for violations of these Terms of Service, including but not limited to:
- Sharing login information
- Distributing course materials
- Engaging in any conduct that harms the reputation or integrity of the AutoMast platform
In such cases, access to the program will be revoked without refund, and legal action may be taken.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
